{"id":19352,"date":"2021-05-08T05:43:28","date_gmt":"2021-05-08T05:43:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sampingan.co.id\/?p=19352"},"modified":"2021-05-08T05:43:28","modified_gmt":"2021-05-08T05:43:28","slug":"surat-pengangkatan-karyawan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/staffinc.co\/wawasan\/business-insights\/surat-pengangkatan-karyawan","title":{"rendered":"Surat Pengangkatan Karyawan: Contoh, Syarat, dan Kenapa Penting"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Surat pengangkatan karyawan adalah surat keterangan yang dikeluarkan dan diputuskan oleh pihak perusahaan dengan tujuan pengangkatan karyawan, staff maupun posisi jabatan tertentu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hal tersebut telah diatur secara jelas di dalam Undang-Undang No. 13 Tahun 2003, yang menyebutkan bahwa jangka waktu maksimal untuk masa percobaan karyawan adalah selama 3 bulan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Karyawan yang bersangkutan akan segera menjadi karyawan tetap, setelah masa percobaan tersebut selesai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pada pasal 63 ayat 1 UU Ketenagakerjaan juga menyebutkan bahwa perusahaan diwajibkan untuk membuat surat keterangan pengangkatan karyawan yang bersangkutan sebagai karyawan tetap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Surat pengangkatan karyawan selain menjadi tanda prestasi telah melewati masa percobaannya juga dapat menjadi bukti masa kerja dari karyawan itu sendiri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hal ini juga akan diperlukan dalam perhitungan pesangon maupun perhitungan lainnya sesuai UU ketenagakerjaan yang berlaku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Surat pengangkatan ini juga dapat berperan sebagai bukti hukum sehingga hak-hak karyawan dilindungi oleh hukum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Baca juga:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/staffinc.co.id\/post\/fungsi-manpower-planning\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Mengenal Lebih Jauh Pengertian serta Fungsi Manpower Planning<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/share.hsforms.com\/1vX8MiYfmQnefijquRHgU0A41ppg?utm_source=learn&amp;utm_medium=banner&amp;utm_campaign=surat_pengangkatan_karyawan\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/staffinc.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/systems-ads-thin-1024x299.png\" alt=\"sampingan systems\" class=\"wp-image-20137\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>Syarat Pembuatan Surat Pengangkatan Karyawan<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Berikut adalah syarat sah untuk pembuatan surat pengangkatan karyawan sesuai dengan pasal 52 UU Ketenagakerjaan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Terdapat sebuah kesepakatan antara kedua belah pihak, baik pihak perusahaan ataupun karyawan<\/li><li>Telah cukup umur dan cakap atau mampu melakukan perbuatan hukum. Dalam hal ini, kedua pihak adalah orang yang tidak memiliki gangguan jiwa, dan memiliki usia minimal 18 tahun.<\/li><li>Tersedianya objek pekerjaan yang dijanjikan, pembuatan surat keterangan pengangkatan harus memiliki objek berupa pekerjaan atau posisi yang ditawarkan.<\/li><li>Pekerjaan yang ditawarkan sifatnya legal, tidak boleh bertentangan dengan perundang-undangan, norma dan kesusilaan yang berlaku.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Keseluruhan syarat tersebut harus dipenuhi oleh kedua belah pihak, perjanjian kerja dapat dibatalkan jika ada salah satu poin yang tidak memenuhi syarat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>Contoh Surat Pengangkatan Karyawan<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>SURAT KEPUTUSAN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No. <strong>0142<\/strong>\/SK\/\u00e2\u0080\u00a6-HRD\/1\/..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Perihal: Pengangkatan Karyawan Tetap<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Setelah melalui beberapa tahap evaluasi terhadap performa dan kinerja Saudara Bambang Sarjono, terhitung mulai tanggal 10 April 2021 dengan jabatan sebagai karyawan di bagian Sales PT Berlian Prima Santosa, dengan ini PT Berlian Prima Santosa menetapkan bahwa Saudara telah menyelesaikan masa percobaannya dan memenuhi kriteria untuk diangkat menjadi karyawan tetap, dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Menimbang: Berdasarkan penilaian dan pengamatan obyektif terhadap Saudara Bambang Sarjono<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mengingat: Berdasarkan Peraturan Perusahaan dan Anggaran Dasar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Memperhatikan: Kebutuhan mengenai sumber daya manusia di PT Berlian Prima Santosa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>MEMUTUSKAN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mengangkat Saudara Bambang Sarjono Sebagai Sales Associates dengan upah sebesar Rp8.000.000 per bulan.
