For the past 6 months, the number of Covid-19 cases has gradually risen. The rise of corona cases in Indonesia has ultimately impacted various sectors, especially the economy. One employee sector that is severely affected is blue-collar workers.
In these hard times, companies should strive for sustainability by ensuring the productivity performance of its employees. A high working satisfaction level can bring various benefits to the company. A happy employee means an improvement in company productivity, lower employee turnover, and a reduction in recruitment costs. Thus, this research aims to determine the contributing factors of work satisfaction on blue-collar workers in Indonesia during the pandemic.
